The Canadian-Turkish Business Council and the Turkish-Canadian Business Council of DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey) are organizing a business mission to Turkey that will include a major conference in Istanbul on May 4 where the focus will be on the key sectors of defence/security, infrastructure/PPP, and energy. The format includes an opening plenary session, followed by panel discussions for each of the key sectors identified above. B2B meetings will be arranged for Canadian participants with key Turkish firms, along various other networking and outreach opportunities, including potential site visits on May 5 and 6 as warranted. This trade event is being organized in consultation with the Canadian Consulate in Istanbul and Turkish Airlines.
